Miguel is an Estate Manager with Haley & Associates Inc. based in our firm's Yarmouth office. He is bilingual, and has a deep understanding of the economy and specifically the major industries in Southwest Nova. Miguel has had 2+ years' experience with one of Canada's leading Financial Institutions in both personal and business banking. Miguel holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Saint Mary's University, with a concentration in Human Resources Management. He is currently enrolled in the "Chartered Insolvency and Restructuring Qualification Program" where he is working towards his Trustee designation. He has completed the Insolvency Administrator's course and the Insolvency Counsellor's Qualification course offered through CAIRP. He is an active member of the Risk Management Association (RMA), and is passionate about continued education, sharing of knowledge, and fresh ideas with other Finance, Accounting, and Legal Professionals. Miguel prides himself on deeply exploring all viable options and providing the best possible guidance to consumers and businesses alike.
